God’s story begins in a garden, moves through a people and points to a Savior. Because of Jesus, our stories can join with God’d story as we are invited to live a new way in this world. We are designed to receive life from God, with direct access to the beauty, power, strength, wisdom and courage of our Creator.

You are the only you this world will ever know. Everything about you – what you love, how you laugh, what grieves you, your ethnicity – has been created by God with stunning attention to detail. You have been created to make something about God known in a way that no one else can. Jesus invites you to place your confidence in him and begin to live into the story you have been created to live.
NewStory is OUR story.
NewStory is a community of diverse people from many different backgrounds and places. We have taken up the hard work of fighting for one another in spite of all of the barriers – race, culture, age, gender, gender expression, sexuality, economics, and more – that divide us. God is writing a new story among all of us where these dividing walls of hostility are being replaced by honesty, trust and authenticity.

We live in a world that is not how God originally intended. Instead of a world of connection, trust and belonging, our world is too often defined by privilege, oppression, hostility and cynicism. Jesus invites us to join him as he writes a new story of healing, justice and restoration in our city and world.
