Our Easter Service will be a combined service with Granville United Methodist Church. Service will not be at our normal time. Easter Service will be at 10:30 AM and we will have a shared brunch following so bring something to share!

Chicago is the midst of a humanitarian migrant crisis. With thousands of migrants and asylum seekers coming to the city since 2022. Many of whom have been bussed here from Texas with no warning and just dropped off. Shelter, space, and resources continue to be limited and the number of migrants sleeping police stations, lobbies, airports, and temporary shelters continues to rise. In response to this Newstory is partnering with other local churches and neighborhood community groups to raise money to provide housing at our church building for migrant families.
